QUALITY & SAFETY

Emergency Food Quality & Safety

For food kept in storage over time, checking ingredients, storage conditions and date labels matters. Test results and manufacturing-site quality controls are described for each product.

01 / INGREDIENTS

Ingredients & Allergens

Ingredients and allergens differ between the Soy Sauce variety and Fukumochi Musubi. Check the relevant product's ingredient label before purchasing or distributing it.

02 / STORAGE

Storage & Best-Before Dates

Follow the storage conditions on the label and avoid direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Best-before dates vary by product, manufacturing date and distribution conditions; check the date on the package.

03 / QUALITY

Testing & Manufacturing Quality Control

Sterility testing, testing of stored samples and food safety controls at manufacturing sites are introduced based on each product's documentation. Check the test conditions and scope as well.

Test results and certificates of conformity apply to the stated samples, conditions and manufacturing sites. They do not certify all emergency foods. See the respective categories for quality and safety information on hydrogen equipment and hygiene products.

02 / ENERGY

Energy Preparedness

Lighting, communication and cooking—even during a power outage.

Keep solid-state hydrogen cartridges ready and connect them to compatible equipment when needed. H2 PowerBox mini can power lighting and communication devices such as smartphones, while a hydrogen grill provides heat for cooking.

Compatible equipment, operating time, connection methods and storage conditions vary by product specification. Consult the official instruction manual.
